Hi,

I am a newbie in brain connectivity analysis. How can I analyze modularity/ transitivity or other measures at different network density?

Thank you.

Pinging @62442katieb and @akimbler, who might be able to help.

Hi @hellorp1990 ! Great question. This repository isn't being actively maintained at the moment, but it's based on bctpty, which includes a function for proportional (or density-based) thresholding: threshold_proportional (code here). Bassett et al. (2012) suggest computing graph measures over a range of thresholds and then computing the area under the curve for a more accurate estimate. I have a code snippet in another project that illustrates this here, if you're interested.
