This is causing serious issues when the action bar changes and you get in combat and the bar needs to change back so you can actually fight, well this prevents that from happening.

Actually, reopening to discuss even if it's a duplicate of one filed earlier. @Masumia Can you qualify "action bar changes"? I'm getting into and out of combat on a rogue (stealth / non-stealth bar changes) and not seeing errors.

I'll try... so you have your normal action bar that is always visible in game. In some cases, you can mount objects that the game treats as having it's own special set of actions that completely replace your normal action bars for something specific to that object, as if the game was treating it as a vehicle.

This issue happens when you are on one of the objects in the new areas and something happens as you are riding it and get into combat, once in combat you are automatically dismounted and where you should get back your normal action bars, it keeps flipping back and forth between the vehicle actions and your actions never picking one. Due to this, you cannot perform any of your actions to defend yourself.

I first encountered this in Vol'dun when riding one of the things those snake people use to move around on.

Can we get the option to turn the bar back into the Artifact Power Bar since it and the faction bar are the same now? Like maybe an option like a selection on the factions list? I think he means like when you change vehicles and the action bars go from one state to another. I too have this problem. Like in Voldum where you ride the Snake peoples mount and you jump off it goes constantly between the vehicle action bar and your normal action bars. I have gotten it on other vehicles too. and like Masumia said it makes you vulnerable. All the deaths I have had so far save 3 falling off cliffs have been to this issue. Reloading UI fixes it but in combat that's an issue.

2 places I always get this are after finishing "Beachhead" (A turtle has made it to the water) and dismounting the cannons in Tol Dagor.

Vehicle switching while in combat triggers it every time. Beachhead is probably the most easily accessible, since you're considered "in combat" until you leave the crab view. It's even more evident if you get a mob aggroed onto you before you fall out of combat from the vehicle (thus putting the vehicle panel into a loop of trying to switch but being unable to).
