Enlarge the Paragon mouseover target for Blizz's tooltip? #60

(Edit: yep, it was my doing, making all of the original ticket moot. However, it did highlight some discrepancies between FactionFriend's tooltip target and the base UI, which I'm going to focus on here now.)
FactionFriend uses the whole line as the mouseover target, while the base UI requires mousing over the bag for the paragon information.
Larger (relevant) targets are better UX in general, and mixing the two results in confusing UX. Is it possible to tweak FactionFriend to display the base tooltip, but enlarge the mouseover target on paragon factions to the entire line, to be consistent with FactionFriend's way?
