SOK BMS with RPi4

Hey everyone,

Hoping to get some assistance. I am unable to connect to either of my two SOK batteries.
I get the following error every time:

The log shows the BMS in the list, but will not connect, or state that it is not found, but it is clearly on the list.
I have reset the BMS and the RPi4 many times but without success.
I have tried wifi on and ethernet (wifi off) without success.
They are located within 24" of each other.

Any ides?
