feat: application contracts

Description

The network needs internal contracts for the application layer. To do still

• RewardManager - to distribute the node rewards
• Staking - to manage the stakes and the slashing of nodes
• EpochManager- manages epochs and the committees associated with each
• NodeRegistry - Registry of all white listed nodes in the network
• FLK Token
• Management/Proxy contracts
