How do you put stuff on screen?

Is this like a React Native thing and I should learn how that is used? I think you could make a reference of what things are supported for on screen like text, images, etc., I am kind of lost where to find this stuff for this, and also, do you have Canvas elements like HTML? Is there pixel control because I am trying to make gradients cross platform TV? I am trying to make 3+ dimensional stuff so would like good 2d control, maybe even shaders, is that possible with this?

I think solved, use "react-native-web" plugin and a canvas element maybe or maybe not, maybe.
