Flowable中BpmnModel获取里面的UserTask的getCandidateUsers方法返回空值的问题实际有值且是发布一段时间后失效

6.7版本的Flowable中BpmnModel获取里面的UserTask的getCandidateUsers方法返回空值的问题，实际xml里面有值且是发布一段时间后通过该方法获取失效
