Data missing during fluentD to kibana flow

Hi - I am facing an issue with td-agent 3.1.1 where I am unable to get the data from one of the tables in the database.
I have 6 tables ( a,b,c,d,e,f) in the config ( source.conf) to be sent to Kibana. My agent is running and I am able to see 5 tables ( a,b,c,d,e ) but table 5 is missing in kibana. The data is present in fluentd.state file which states that data is being pushed from the source. I check the buffer size and other configs which specify the data chunk but no issues. Need some suggestions on where the data is getting lost.
td-agent V 3.1.1
td-agent.config specify the locations of files correctly along with filters.
aws_configuration.config file gives destination of the Kinesis / Kibana
sql_source is telling the tables to be sent and sql_connection specify the sql db info.
I am unable to specify any incorrect specifications here.
