Document sync and async events clearly

• Document use of async, and also future-based examples.
• Document use of sync_event and async_event in addition to critical path in more detail here: https://perfflowaspect.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Annotations.html
• Test if all three paradigms work on C as well, like they do on python. Document differences.
