Idea: "prune cells" or "copy cells with dependencies"

I often end up with messy, sprawling notebooks. It would be cool if there was a way to use the cell topology to be able to select some cells and copy them plus all their dependencies to a new notebook (or just delete the other cells). Eg if I had 5 cells at the end with the results I’m interested in, it would be great to “prune” away all the other cells that don’t lead to them

+1, However, one difficulty will be how to handle markdown cells. So, alternatively, there could be a feature "deactivating (or flagging) all cells that don't lead to final cells", and then you could delete them and the corresponding text cells by hand.

Yeah, maybe somehow Pluto could also know which cells return markdown and let you keep those, or something like that.

For me, I often end up with a section at the front with “the good stuff” as I try to organize the things I want out of the rest of the notebook, so if I could highlight those and say “prune the rest” it would be fine even to delete markdown in the rest of the notebook (because the section I’m interested in already has its titles and such selected).
