Default Identity Provider Dropdown No Longer Visible in Community Edition

Describe the Bug

Hi team, not sure if this is expected or not, but the Default Identity Provider dropdown in the Authentication tab for resources is no longer visible in the community edition (going from 1.16.0 to 1.17.0)

• OS Type & Version: Ubuntu 24
• Pangolin Version: 1.17.0
• Gerbil Version: 1.3.1
• Traefik Version: v3.6
• Newt Version: N/A

To Reproduce

Install Pangolin v1.17.0 Comunity Edition, add an identity provider, create a resource, and check the authentication tab in the settings for it.

Expected Behavior

The Default Identity Provider dropdown is visible.
