AppImage Build Recipe

Hi,

I haven't found any mention of the AppImage build within the CI actions. Are these currently built and uploaded by hand, or am I not looking hard enough? I've used linuxdeploy before, but if there's something I can follow exactly it'd be helpful to have that.

Yes you're right the two AppImage files(for Mayo and MayoConv apps) are only built manually and attached to each new release "by hand"
The AppImage build recipe for Mayo is kept secret, as for the Windows InnoSetup install script.
