Add benchmarks

Since fox-it/dissect.util#64 (and refined with fox-it/dissect.util#77) we have a foundation for adding benchmarks to Dissect projects. Since cstruct is basically the pillar of all that is holy Dissect, we should add some benchmarks to spot performance regressions and accurately work on performance improvements.
