YouthSkills not displaying HYC data for all players

Module YouthSkills is not working properly. It only shows data from HTYC for some players.

(players with data from HTYC have bigger "segments", while players without HTYC data have small ones, those which are default by HT).

This problem is not completely new, I already reported it once: (17488162.176). It was fixed after that, but now it's back. I tried to clear Foxtrick cache, but it didn't help.
