When Foxtrick inserts a flag the image is displayed using a gif map as a background image.
On some pages it will also insert this background image (in error?) to flags generated by hattrick.
This causes a number of problems
The use of a 256 colour gif means the colours are very wrong on some foxtrick flags
For hattrick flags, the Nepal flag has a transparency layer, so the background image (UN flag) can be seen.
The process seems to mess with the padding around the flags on the Flag collection page
When new countries are added, typically the new flag images are not immediately available on hattrick. Instead of being displayed as any other broken image would, the backround image from Foxtrick causes it to display incorrectly.
