Add Spinner while connecting to network #115

V2. Not priority.

As a user, I want to know to wait while the network is connecting.

NEEDS: spinner design (suggestion: spinner to right of the network dropdown).

Expected Behavior:

User selects network
User sees a spinner or loading indicator while the network is connecting and we are getting keys. At this time the keys dropdown should be disabled.
If keys are found, the spinner is hidden and the keys dropdown is enabled.
If keys are not found, the keys dropdown remains disabled and the "We found addresses not associated with a provider. Become a provider?" Error is shown.
