[Feature Request] - Stepper Component #710

Stepper Component:

The Stepper component visualizes the progress of a process by dividing it into chronological steps.
The Stepper provides several features out of the box, including the ability to define the appearance of each step, validation of content at each step, strict linear flow and templates.
It helps to navigate from one page to another page with back and next button and have a confirm page before submitting data.
