Add Section component

We need to add a reusable section component which can take backgroundColor and padding props

I see another person assigned but I wanted to write, also I can do the task if its okay for him.

I have few questions

• Are you planning to add global type definitions for padding sizes like sm, md, lg?
• Same for backgroundColor as well, what should prop expect? Tailwind like red-200, HEX, RGB or any of them?
