if running, restart yt2009. upon restarting, in the logs, you should see a message starting with

your setup may require you to use
a youtube account to continue using
yt2009.

navigate to the page it tells you to go to, and it will show new instructions in the logs. (starting with === SETTING UP ===).

used in the instructions:

• devtools - browser's developer tools - accessible by right clicking and clicking inspect element
• "network tab" - will be within devtools, used to show requests made by a website you're inspecting. this will be used further in the guide you'll see in the logs.
