Install

1. Install PHP5.3+, Smarty and Monolog
2. Copy conf/siteconfig.php.template to conf/siteconfig.php and modify it
3. Copy setup.sh.template to setup.sh and modify it
4. Setup directories in setup.sh and run it
5. Copy apache/sample.conf to Apache config directory and modify it
