getting blank page maps not rendered #540

I am using aws Geo and the folowwing code
import Amplify from 'aws-amplify';
import awsconfig from './aws-exports';

import { createMap } from "maplibre-gl-js-amplify";
import "maplibre-gl/dist/maplibre-gl.css";
import { useEffect } from 'react';

Amplify.configure(awsconfig);

function App() {
return (

My Restaurant

My Restaurant - Upper East Side
300 E 77th St, New York, NY 10075

My Restaurant - Hell's Kitchen
725 9th Ave, New York, NY 10019

My Restaurant - Lower East Side
102 Norfolk St, New York, NY 10002

When I type npm start i get the blank page
