Remove empty categories and other homepage updates.

Hello,

I have now moved the remote control effects into subcategories.
These main categories can now be deleted:

• Effects »Remote Control [Edit: done, thanks]
• Effects »Remote Control Color Grade [Edit: done, thanks]
• Effects »Remote Control Distortion

This also applies to test subcategories in which I temporarily archived old effect versions, so I have now removed these effects.
These subcategories can also be deleted:

• Effects »Color» Archives, withdrawn [Edit: done, thanks]
• Effects »Color» Withdrawn

Also, there are obsolete effects on the homepage, which have been removed from GitHub, replaced, renamed, etc.
Also effects can be found on the homepage with outdated download links, etc. (backdated effects).

Presumably, it would be easiest to synchonize everything completely based on the current GitHub stand?

Thanks for clearing the empty categories.

The following categories contain only orphaned files on the home page:

• Effects »Remote Control Distortion
• Effects »Color» Withdrawn

According to GitHub record, these files and categories are no longer existent.
The effects contained in it were moved under a different file name in other categories (partly with optimized code).
