We need top provide an "How to contribute to SchemaBlocks" page with guidelines about contributions and procedures, covering both standards recommendation pages (in ga4gh-schemablocks.github.io) as well as for schema code in other repositories (currently "blocks").

There is also a related issue about standardising structured elements in pages & schemas #8.
