Feature: Varying Time Start, End, and Time Spent #2
Description
Add a feature that allows a user to choose when to start the trip, when it should end, or how much time they would like to spend on a trip.
Expected Behaviour:
- 3 new buttons: one is a dropdown box representing when the trip starts, another is the same but for the trip end, and one is an input button representing time they'd like to spend on a trip
- The user's inputs to these options will result in the locations being filtered based on which ones are open at the time
