Well, I tried several times on my PC, but Red Block blocks a user properly regardless of blocking you or not.. 😢
Currently, Red Block's Chain-Block may skip users when they are...
Following or followed by you. (obviously not in this case)
Already blocking them by you.
Red Block considers them as "unused accounts" (On Red Block's options page, There's an option to skip an account that is likely unused)
When you run Chain-block on Tweet (to block users who retweeted or liked a specific tweet), There's a limitation that users who block you are missing on the list of retweeted/liked users. This limitation is from Twitter's API, not from Red Block.
to get around that issue you could use mirror block, which is a similar extension but ONLY for blocking people who already block you! It works well in conjunction with redblock, especially when i only want to block people who block me!

If you are running a chainblock, the tool skips people who are blocking you.
Why?
