Something to automatically drop bad calibration points #1

In some eyetracking videos, there are a few calibration points that are bad in that the estimated pupil position is consistently off. Should implement something to automatically drop these calibration points from the final calibrator.

Some of these problems can be fixed by using a larger image median blur filter. Maybe also implement something that suggests using that if the quality is not good.
