ef2ca1e Removed m3u8 dependency and added in new m3u8 parsing. Streams that use the m3u format with a aes-128 encryption, will have their key read once and the used to decrypt all the pieces saving tons of requests.
Internal cleanup and refactoring.
hentaistream.xxx is currently not usable since their episode links do not work and instead point to the home page.

E-Hentai:
- If gallery has more than 40 pages, then it will only download 40 (one page)
- Now supports the -p parameter for some reason it was missing
ExHentai:
- Also stopped after 40 pages
- File extension contained 2 dots
Everything above should be fixed now.
Request:
- Removed logging from the CookieJar
All regexes are now using raw strings. Also refactored GetH1 and added it to e-hentai/exhentai.
Removed hentaihaven.red wrongly matched "popular hentai" on the side bar
Fixed title in hentaiworld extract
