Sets default version to be 1.25.3
Adds support for the following versions:
- 1.24.3
- 1.24.4
- 1.24.5
- 1.24.6
- 1.24.7
- 1.24.8
- 1.24.9
- 1.25.0
- 1.25.1
- 1.25.2
- 1.25.3
