Suggest doing a dry run to first-time users #23
Description
As discussed in #18 (comment), we could suggest to first-time users to start with a dry run and verify whether the uploaded archive is satisfactory?
This would help detect any mistakes in the release, the release workflow or in this action without creating a botched release.
