Portable version issue

Hello, I like your application very much, because I never understood how restic-cli is used and its mechanism before. thank you very much

I have some questions:
When I run the portable version of the application, it will perform the following operations.

1. C:\Program Files\backrest creates restic-0.17.0.exe
2. The configuration file is saved in "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\backrest"

Why can't these two be placed in the directory where backrest.exe is running?
