Port UI improvements from Vulcandth's fork #46

https://github.com/vulcandth/GBEmulatorShootout-vulc has an improved web UI, including:
- Dark theme (with
prefers-color-scheme: dark) - Link from the page to the repo
- "Last tested" dates for each emulator
- Filters for just the DMG, SGB, and/or CGB tests
- Filters for just tests which pass, fail, etc on particular emulators
- More as-yet-undone feature requests
I've found the filters very useful for actually using the shootout to evaluate a particular emulator in more detail.
