This reminds me that we need to add some documentation on collaborator responsibilities to the contributing guide.

I would expect any/all contributors and maintainers to help review and triage PR's for review, in order to help reduce workload.

Eventually certain types of issues, PR's and PR reviews would get assigned to a team or only those working on things like QA/QC/Testing, Frontend, Backend, etc. We would just have to define who would be working on certain types of issues, PR's and PR reviews. Creating a GitHub organization out of this project would make that a bit easier, and it would also reduce workload somewhat.
