Edit Profile Picture (bug?)

I've noticed some issues while editing the profile picture, not sure if it's a browser issue but I thought it might be worth looking into.

• On Safari, the app only allowed me to select images with extensions .jpg and .jpeg but not .png even though png is specified as an accepted extension. On Chrome, I was able to forcefully select a png file by specifying 'all extensions' but the site throws a blank page when I tried to save it.
• After the profile picture is changed on one account, the profile picture of some other accounts changed as well. However, the pattern of change seems random. When I changed the profile picture again, only a few accounts' profile picture also changed.
