Cancel Change Profile Picture Bug (chosen file doesn't clear, selecting same image again doesn't bring up confirmation prompt or change profile pic)

When I select a file and then click "Cancel", the file still shows in the Choose File box. When I click "Choose File" again and choose the same file, I do not get any prompt at the top to confirm or cancel changing my profile picture, and my profile picture does not change.
