update to latest meshwell

How could we make the gplugins meshing code compatible with the latest meshwell?

In the meantime if anybody really needs it, I made a quick doc in meshwell about defining a simulation from GDS. This should should always be compatible with any meshwell version, and also not be affected by changes in gdsfactory:
