this project doesn't work without turn server and no way to setup custom turn server

1. I've tried many different ways, event I tried to use server with public IP, without turn server it doesn't work at all.
2. I was trying to setup custom ICE server to handle above problem, but there is no guide line how to add custom ICE server, tried different way, it's all fails.
