The panel does not appear in the interface

Hello, I'm a beginner user of Grafana.
I installed the plugin via the CLI command grafana cli --pluginUrl https://github.com/geeks-r-us/mqtt-panel/releases/download/v1.0.7/geeksrus-mqtt-panel-1.0.7.zip installing plugins mqtt-panel.
I checked the list of standard plugins with the grafana cli ls plugin command, the plugin appeared in the list of additional plugins. But the plugin did not appear in the control panel.
Grafana version v10.4.2
Help with this problem.
