The readme helps developer to install, develop and deploy the site
The readme does not have incorrect references to legacy structure
The readme does not have incorrect references to legacy code and dependencies
There is adequate description of how Join Us form send is rigged up to formspree

Update any refs and links to elm-pages v3 n/a is just latest now
structure of code updated e.g. app/ is for files specific to elm-pages our custom additional modules in src/
