##How are we getting there and back?
We will be travelling on the 10:57 Eurostar departure from London St Pancreas to Brussels on Wednesday 2nd May.
Their will be time for a quick change in Brussels heading to Rotterdam at 14:18 and finally arriving at Delft South at 16:25.
The meeting place inside St Pancras is outside Eurostar Reservations next to the luggage trolleys. Please arrive before 10am at the latest to make sure there is enough time to issue your ticket and clear security.
On the return leg we will be leaving The Kruithuis at 10am to arrive in Brussels for 1pm. Our departure time from Brussels is 15:56 so their will be plenty of time to see the famous Manneken Pis and grab some Frittes, Beer or Truffles!
We will arrive back in London St Pancras at 16:57
##What do I need to bring to Delft?
###Personal Stuff
- Yourself
- Your passport or National ID Card (for EU residents)
- €65 cash for the kitty
- Any other spending money
- Toiletries
- Towel
- Torch
###Clothes
We do not have anything specific but we suggest you don't bring your Sunday best. You also will probably needs things you don't mind getting muddy or wet.
A pair of trainers you do not mind destroying will not go amiss either!
Finally it gets cold during the evenings so it is worth bringing a good jumper if you want to join us around the fire.
###Sleeping
The bunk beds come equipped with a basic form mattress and a pillow so you will want:
- A sleeping bag
- A single size base sheet and pillow case
- A pillow if you don't like the Dutch ones ;)
We will have three dorms. Last year this was split (snoring / non-snoring / ladies).
###The Kitty The €65 should be enough to keep you fed during the trip it includes:
- Breakfast & dinner every day at the Kruithuis
- A good supply of beer, wine and soft drinks
It is possible that we may run out of kitty money so please don't be suprised if we ask for an extra €5 or €10 at some point.

Remember everyone is expected to lend a hand in doing food preparation, cooking and cleaning up.

Our team of expert chefs including YOU will prepare amazing mouth watering dishes every evening (We hope your skills are up to scratch).
