Description of feature

As a customer and implementator of new sequencing, I want all relevant modules to be included in the MultiQC report, to get a quick overview of the data.

Can be closed when:

Available relevant modules have been added to MultiQC

Closing this as completed for now. If we would like to add modules to MultiQC that are not yet available let's adress that in another issue.
