Description of the bug

Running with non-allowed --preset gives ambiguous error

Command used and terminal output

ERROR ~ Unknown config attribute `process.withName:.*:PREPARE_GENOME:MINIMAP2_INDEX` -- check config file: /media/ssd_4tb/felix/projects/skierfe/nextflow.config

This is now checked by the parameters validation, e.g.:

ERROR ~ Validation of pipeline parameters failed!

 -- Check '.nextflow.log' file for details
The following invalid input values have been detected:

* --preset (test): Expected any of [[revio, pacbio, ONT_R10]]
