contrib/utilities/update_scripts/source_files out of date

I ran into troubles when executing contrib/utilities/update_all_files.sh, because some scripts in contrib/utilities/update_scripts/source_files are out of date. For example, line 62 in contrib/utilities/update_scripts/source_files/update_source_files_to_2.0.0.sed changes "assembly.h" to "simulator/assemblers/interface.h" in headers, but this command will modify the headers in include/aspect/volume_of_fluid/handler.h incorrectly. I have not tested the scripts thoroughly and I do not know if there are other mistakes. I suggest banishing the usage of these scripts until they are fully tested.
