Problem when zooming at very high level

The issue is evident (using Chrome) when zooming to a very small areas. To replicate the issue: open the advanced search, select the Seamounts Closure (NPFC), exectue the search and then click on the zoom to one of the 2 results.
It seems that both BFA and OARA are not rendered.

If the map is zoomed out 2 or 3 steps, then they display correctly.
