[Feature Request] Allow turning off status for tiles that are sourced from k8s ingress

Description

As far as I can tell as a person using Homepage on K8s (k3s to be exact) I have two choices

• Not have homepage find pages via annotations (cool feature to have)
• Have the pages found via annotations but live with the "NOT FOUND" status sign or "RUNNING" status sign.

I am sure people find the satuts'es useful but to give two options "dot" or "basic" but not give an option to turn the thing off seems like a big functionality gap.

Obviously I am describing something that bothers me, as it stands I have bunch of "NOT FOUND"'s on my homepage, I doubt this is an isolated issue only I am facing though.

Agree, I am using a feature called ExternalName, where the ingress points to a service with type: ExternalName, pointing to a kubernetes-external endpoint. So I am just using the kubernetes ingress to provide TLS termination on the chosen URL for a service running outside the cluster.

So there are no pods involved, and NOT FOUND is a bit misleading.
