Release 26.1.0 (Fresh install): first run always fails when ensuring relay credentials

Hello,
when fresh-installing the selfhosted sentry, first run always fails here:
https://github.com/getsentry/self-hosted/blob/16982c307f4718c5de0190525d8a280d2cbeb7d8/install/ensure-relay-credentials.sh#L31C1-L31C48

Next run of install script check the json file already exists so it bypass this check.

Basically add that "relay credentials show", and try to re-run install.sh script.
