The pull request "chore: Add fast workflow for in progress PRs & run intensive workflows only if ready to merge" was created by @itaybre but did not reference an issue. Therefore this issue was created for better visibility in external tools like Linear.
This PR adds a new workflow that will run on PRs while the PR is in progress and developers can use the label ready-to-merge to trigger the rest of the workflows
