Note
The pull request "chore: Add log when a Swift Integration is loaded" was created by @itaybre but did not reference an issue. Therefore this issue was created for better visibility in external tools like Linear.
Added a SDKLog message when a SwiftIntegration is installed.
Also added some tests to verify SentrySwiftIntegrationInstaller works as expected
