Steps to Reproduce

User reported that high priority Issues are being captured, but not triggering Alert notifications.

Alert Conditions
WHEN an event is captured and any...

  • Sentry marks a new issue as high priority
  • Sentry marks an existing issue as high priority

Issues are being marked as High Priority (in the Issue "Activity" tab)

Expected Result

Issues should trigger the Alert rule. Then, the Alert rule should notify the user of a new or existing high-priority Issue.

Actual Result

The Alert is never triggered.
