Improve and document installation #3
Description
User Story
As a sublime text 3 user I want to be able to easily install the ConfluenceWikiMarkup package.
Problem
The current README does not provide any help on how to install and configure the ConfluenceWikiMarkup package for Sublime Text 3.
Suggested Solution
Add installation notes to the README and provide Package Control install integration so that this package can be easily installed by non-technical users.
