Advance sync feature for database sharing in read-only mode

For cases like #130, where a user wants to share the database contents with others over a sync driver without letting other users edit the files (read-only mode).

In the sync dialog we could add an advance setting "read-only sync", a checkbox that must be checked on the receivers computer so that all his edits won't be synced, only new revisions will be downloaded from the respective cloud provider...
